Tuesday night mindfulness meditation is a welcoming refuge for the community to gather, meditate and experience mindfulness first-hand with like-minded people.

19h00 we’ll begin with a 30 to 40 minutes meditation
19h40 (approx.) followed by a short talk about mindfulness with time for Q&A and chatting with like-minded people.
Chairs will be available. Please feel free to bring a yoga mat, cushion, zafu or yoga blanket if you’d like to sit on the floor.
We ask for a small €5 (or more if you are able) at-will donation, but no one will be turned away if they are unable give. All are welcome here.
Note: No session on Tuesday 9/7, 17/9, 15/10, 10/12 and 31/12.
