Treatment goals
All data provided by the user is stocked in the database of TSBC, which is hosted by our website’s host (see address & contact above), in order to be able to answer to any requests from the user and keep the user informed about activities of TSBC.
We use data’s user only to send our newsletter, and if the user has explicitly requested (according to the new GDPR law) it via the form in the footer of our home page, or by our external SendInBlue form.
We confirm that user’s email will not be used for any other purpose, or sent to a third party, without his/her consent.
Storage time
User’s mail are stored in the newsletter database until he/she explicitly request to delete them.
Datas of the contact & booking form are stored 2 years or until he/she explicitly request to delete them.
Right to access
The user to request access to his personal data held by the controller, but also the right to rectification, modification or deletion. The data subject also has the right to request that the processing which concerns him be limited, or to oppose the processing of his data.
The user is entitled to control, at any moment, his/her datas in the database.
